1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing this website, downloading our free utility editions, or purchasing commercial Pro plugin licenses from Smart Infotech Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our 14-Day Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using or purchasing our software products.

2. Software Licensing & GPL Compliance

All WordPress plugins produced by Smart Infotech Apps (including WholesaleEngine, FeeEngine, StatusEngine, and SeqEngine) are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPLv2 or later).

• Free Core Editions: May be deployed on unlimited websites for personal or commercial use without restriction.
• Commercial Pro Licenses: Purchasing a Pro subscription or Lifetime key grants access to priority updates, automatic dashboard delivery, proprietary Pro add-on modules, and direct developer technical support for the duration of the license tier.
• Domain Scope: Single-Site licenses permit activation on one primary production WooCommerce domain plus associated staging or local development environments. Unlimited / Agency licenses permit activation across multiple client stores.

3. Merchant of Record & Payment Processing

Our commercial order fulfillment and payment transactions are facilitated by Lemon Squeezy, LLC (or Stripe), acting as our authorized Merchant of Record (MoR). When purchasing a license:

• Lemon Squeezy securely manages payment collection, currency exchange, sales tax, VAT, and GST calculation in compliance with international tax law.
• Annual subscriptions automatically renew each year until cancelled. You may cancel renewal at any time via your Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by emailing [email protected].

4. Technical Support & SLAs

Direct customer support is provided exclusively via our designated developer desk at [email protected]. We operate Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Indian Standard Time (IST). Tickets receive initial developer replies within 24–48 hours.

5. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our plugins are tested vigorously for compatibility with modern WordPress core and WooCommerce (including HPOS standards and PHP 8.1+). However, software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall Smart Infotech, its officers, or engineers be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, downtime, or database corruption) arising from the use or inability to use the software.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karnataka, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
